In the app: Settings → Report an Issue attaches a diagnostic log (your Plex token is redacted).

Getting started

Verbara plays podcasts stored in your own Plex Media Server. Your podcasts need to live in a Plex Music library, organised so that each podcast is an album, the presenter is the artist, and each episode is a track. Want to try it first? Tap “Try the demo” on the sign-in screen to explore the app with sample podcasts — no Plex server needed.

Frequently asked questions

My podcasts don’t show up

Verbara reads from a Plex Music library. Make sure your podcasts are in a Music-type library and that the app is pointed at the right server and library (Settings → Change Library). The in-app “Set up your library” guide walks through the tagging.

Episodes are in the wrong order or grouped oddly

Ordering and grouping come from your Plex metadata — release date, track number, album (podcast), and artist (presenter). Filling those in on the server fixes it. See the in-app “Set up your library” guide.

Can’t connect to my server

On first launch iOS asks for Local Network permission so Verbara can reach a server on your home network — allow it. If you’re away from home, make sure remote access is enabled on your Plex server.

Is my data private?

Yes. Verbara has no account and no backend, collects no data, and stores your Plex token only in the device Keychain. See the Privacy Policy.

How do I delete my data?

Signing out wipes all local app data, and deleting the app removes everything. There is no server-side data to delete.
